PAKISTAN AND SAUDI ARABIA : TO ENHANCE AI INVESTMENT.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have agreed to strengthen digital investment and technology partnerships, facilitating Pakistani startups and SMEs in the Saudi market.

The understanding was reached during a meeting between Pakistan’s IT Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja and Saudi Deputy Investment Minister Ibrahim Almubarak at LEAP 2025 in Riyadh.

Both sides discussed B2B collaborations in AI, cloud computing, and fintech, as well as easing licensing for Pakistani firms. They also agreed on joint R&D initiatives and digitizing degree attestation. Shaza Fatima emphasized ethical AI governance, data security, and global cooperation for responsible AI implementation.
