Hashir Ehtisham, a brilliant young innovator from Pakistan, became a Google Cloud Innovator at just 18 and holds Google certifications in Al app development and is currently enrolled in Harvard University’s accredited Al program.

He developed Career Compass, an Al-powered career counseling application available on the world’s largest Al platform “Hugging Face”.

The app psychologically and intelligently analyses students’ grades and extracurricular activities over six months to a year, providing personalized career recommendations and suggesting universities offering relevant programs.

Additionally, Career Compass integrates emotional Al, enabling students to express their emotions and manage academic stress.

By addressing Pakistan’s career counseling gap, Hashir’s innovation is helping many students across the country.
