Dr zeelaf Munir elected as the New PCB pakistan Cricket board chairperson

Dr. Zeelaf Munir, Managing Director & CEO of English Biscuit Manufacturers, has been elected as the new chairperson of the Pakistan Business Council (PBC) for an 18-month tenure, succeeding Shabbir Diwan, CEO of Gatron (Industries) Limited. She previously served as PBC’s vice chairperson. Following her election, Dr. Zeelaf expressed her commitment to leading PBC at a critical economic time, emphasizing its role in advocating policies that drive sustainable business growth, enhance exports, and strengthen Pakistan’s industrial sector. She pledged to collaborate with industry leaders to achieve these goals. Additionally, the board elected Ziad Bashir, CEO of Gul Ahmed Textiles, as the vice chairman.
